Welcome to the Fundamental Finance financial literacy platform operated by VERTEX TECH LTD ("Company," "we," "us,"or "our"), a company registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), with UAE Trade License No. 25393, and its registered office at Sky Tower Abu Dhabi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FunFi mobile application (“App”) and the Fundamental Finance website (“Website”)—collectively referred to as the “Services”—to enhance financial literacy and empower users in their financial journeys.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Definitions

- Account: A profile created using an email address to access certain features.

- Content: All information provided through the Services, including text, graphics, images, videos, and tools.

- User: Any individual accessing or using the Services.

- Services: The App and Website offering free financial literacy education and UAE-specific financial tools.

There is no minimum age requirement to use the Services. However, if you are under the age of 18, we recommend you obtain consent from a parent or guardian before using our tools or content—especially when interacting with third-party features.

Some features require creating an Account. You agree to:

- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account

By submitting content (such as feedback, reviews, or quiz submissions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, modify, and distribute that content as needed to improve our Services.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

At this time, the App and Website is free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will provide advance notice and obtain explicit user consent before charging any fees

VERTEX TECH LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

- Your use or inability to use the Services

- Errors or omissions in content

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VERTEX TECH LTD, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms

- Your misuse of the Services

- Any content you submit or upload

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the ADGM courts.
